Scholarship Info

Congratulations Seniors ! To recognize your hard work and celebrate this great accomplishment with you, Dr. Herman Orthodontics will award a $2,000 scholarship to a current or past patient who is a graduating senior with extraordinary enthusiasm and drive.

To apply for this scholarship, seniors are asked to submit a two-page essay about his or her educational plans and motivation. We want to hear what you have done to reach this goal. We want to know about your long-term life goals, and how you plan to make the world a better place.

Each applicant will also need to submit a letter of recommendation from a guidance counselor describing his or her academic credentials including GPA, class rank, test scores, college plans and any other noteworthy academic accomplishments.

Dr. Herman has presented a scholarhip every year since 2009!

When awarded, the scholarship must be applied towards tuition with a statement from the bursar’s office. The scholarship check will be made payable directly to the institution.
