Back-To-School (With Braces!)

Summer is almost over and school is officially back!  Here is a list of supplies to keep at school if you have braces:

• Travel toothbrush (or a toothbrush in a case)
• Toothpaste (any kind)
• Retainer Case (for our Invisalign^® patients)
• Mini brush (to get in between your braces)
• Floss and floss threaders (helps to get floss under the wire and between the braces)
• Flossers (great for those back teeth)
• Wax (for any tender spots)
• Travel Size Mouthwash (for a quick, minty rinse!)
• Elastics (it’s always a good idea to have extras on hand in case a rubber band snaps!)
• Mouthguard (always remember to wear a mouthguard during sports for protection from dental injuries or broken brackets)
